Hey guys!
It's been quite a while since I've been on here. I'm looking for an engine for my car.. Anyone hanging onto a 2.4?
Thanks,
-Chris
We have about 3-4 of them. Are you wanting to build one? Have you check LQK?

RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...

Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys. It's got a knock in the engine and I'm just trying to get it fixed to sell it. Already have a new car but need to get this out of the driveway.... SOOO I'm either looking for a replacement engine, a rebuild, or someone to buy it...
hey chris you can drop that bitch off at my house and i will take it off your hands????
5 seconds to find another street...
Sorry again for taking so long to get back. I'm looking for $2500 the way it sits. Still runs just has a knock.

Keep in mind mods do not raiuse the price of the car (unless you find a person who justs loves and wants what you have). I would say about $1500-$1800. If it was me I would get another motor and then try and sell it. Still selling a modded J in FL is very hard. A junkyard motor is your better bet. I Engine rebuild if done cheaply (but right) will still run you $1000 easy. A junkyard motor will run you somewhere from $650-$1000 shipped (with a 30-90 day warranty). It is also the fastest route.

Good point! The way you said it I thought you where gonna say like $500 lol... I guess maybe I'll part it out. I'm having NO LUCK finding a junk yard engine anywhere. Part of me just wants to swap an eco in it and boost....
I have found about 7 in FL. One with 71k for $699 in riverview. Look on car-parts.com.
