Hey all you UNCC people, I don't have a J anymore but still in a GM compact. I've seen some modded J's and Cobalts in the area and was just wanting to know if anyone wanted to get a meet together one day. Maybe meet up somewhere on campus, check out cars, maybe do some cruising. Just trying to gauge some interest.

sounds good to me! what happened to the cav? i know they got a group in the engineering field called the horsepower addicts, but i think they are more muscle car guys and stuff.

Flipped the Cav at the end of July. So now I've got an 07 Cobalt LS with a catback and awaiting some 18s. Also got some parts left from the cav
. Haven't heard about the Horsepower Addicts. I know I've seen a bunch of J's around though, saw a black 03+ with a full Razzi kit and stock wheels, looked clean as hell but I didn't get a close up look.

yea i used to live over there in the same building. its stock with the razzi kit, but still pretty clean i think. there are a couple others around lowered with fart cans and rims. other than that, nothing special really.
btw, what all parts you got left over? pm me if u dont wanna get off topic.
yea the HPA is trying to get a dyno day i think. hopefully it will be open to more than just club members, if then im goin

I've got bronze 17s with tires(less than 1000 miles on them), black tails and a glassed and painted dash for an 04. Yea, I've seen some poorly done J's but hell, I'd be happy to meet with whoever(maybe give them some guidance, haha). A dyno day would be cool, I wouldn't mind seeing what the cobalt would do but I wouldn't expect too much.

well i could call my boys from street visions. they stretch from raliegh to georgia, almost 30 deep. if a club is what you're looking for.

I'm not really in to clubs anymore, just like to hang out. I work today until 5 or so. I'd be down for going to the mall some time, and I've seen the Street Visions threads on here, they look like an awesome club with some nice ass cars.

oh hell yeah. i was sv for a long time but some things came up that prevent me from being in the club right now.
and to prowler...sorry dude but thats what most club are about. and ask your boy with the honda if he's interested in a h22 v-tec, built all to hell.
5 spd tranny and everything else you would need for a swap. whole car is possible at no extra charge. $1,000 obo. engine is still fresh and garanteed to run.

dude, he got rid of the honda! he actually just got sick of messin with it and traded it in for an 08 Scion XB. its pretty nice though, too bad he would prob be all over that h22. but yea we just keepin the club on the low for now, just waiting to see what happens, not too worried about it though lol
