Ok folks here it is a 4 star hotel that has taking us in for the show as a host hotel. It’s going to be
Comfort Suites Main Gate East right on the other side of the building where we will be holding the Show. We have 20 rooms on hold for us if we need more that won’t be a problem as I was told by them. Also you will get FREE Breakfast, FREE travel to any Theme Parks, Guard/Security packing lot, and most of all a
24 HOUR POOL and HOT TUBE!!

When calling to get a room please let them know you’re with the “
FLORIDA J-BODY” to get the show rate. The rate is going to be $85.00 a night, and that’s not a bad price for a $125.00 a night for a room normal price.
Check-in 3:00pm and Check-out 11:00am
The deadline for the Show Rate is May 22 is the CUT OFF DATE.

Steve, if we reserve one night, and then decide we'd rather stay a second, do you know if they'll have a problem with getting the group rate for the additional night? Last year, the hotel wouldn't give us the second night at the same price, and ultimately lost my business.
BTW, for comparison, Hotels.com listed the
hotel as 101.60, and generally they tack on additional fees and crap.

Trust me I'm not B#@ching but last years guest hotel was very nice with Breakfast , pool. It was two blocks away from the show and It was ONLY $ 44.90 a night ..........
It makes me sad to see the price of the hotel is Dbl that ..
I'm sure you all did your best in Orlando to find the best overall hotel ..
Looks like I will just drive down the day of the show then and drive home after the show if I come down ..

Ok the reason why is its on Walt Disney World land and we all know they are $$ and this is the lowest i could get them on. Also if you go about a block down the road the area doesnt look good or safe for everyones cars. I wouldnt stay down the road this place is new and has everything there.

Who really cares if its 85.00.....its a amazing hotel and a 24 hour pool....they knocked off 40 dollars of there normal price to accomodate us!!!! Also having everyone at the same hotel gives us the chance to get this " My City is BETTER then yours " attitude out of the way and have fun as fellow J body owners and enthusiasts!!! Its 85 dollars that in my opinion everyone needs to spend to help out the relationships between cities!!
Most of the people for the show are gonna only stay friday night anyways.....and most will leave after the show so no worries!!

But thats why the price is so different!!!! its a hotel on disney land that prolly gets charged a hefty rent!!

he lived in ohio or something... so I'm sure he would have stayed at the host hotel if he made it
just two or three ppl to stay with you Robert and you all spilt the price....prob solved and i have to agree with Blue on this i checked all the hotels around the area and either they were super trashy or super duper expensive....i think this is one is the best and also pretty much the closest you can get to the show

I actually wasnt even aware that there was a Florida show till this year!!! See i come from the Land of Jbodies!!! the Mid East....MI, IN, OH.....i was actually at a huge car show in downtown Indianapolis that weekend Winning best club presentation/participation....
This isnt why this thread was made!!!! it was made to tell you that we got a GREAT hotel and that we got it for almost 40% off the normal price!! plus its conveniently next door to the Show location!!

Hells yeah im staying at the hotel....24 hour pool and free breakfast!!!! i allready got a roomie actually, i think Paul Richwine and Brandon Bonnett from up north are gonna room with me!!
