The MX-5 FOR SALE!!! 8000 MINIMUM OFFER!
Tuesday, April 10, 2007 4:22 PM
So I really wana sell it. Its just a hair over my payoff amount with EVERYTHING included!
This is my Roadster, but I have to let her go! unfortunately My Girlfriend lives 3 hours away so I travel ALOT and have to move her around which dosent leave me much room in my little red roadster so im buying a larger 4 seater car now. I bought this 2000 MX-5 In September of 06 because Ive always wanted a roaster and this fit me perfect. Its a 2000 model under 3000Lbs REAR wheel Drive with a factory Limited Slip Differential. Its also a 5speed and convertible! All this and the insurance is still CHEAP, it was only about $40 more every 6 months than my Pontiac Sunfire! As you can see I have done a few Modifications to the car and everything you see IS included!

A short list of Most of the modifications:

EXTERIOR:

Garage Vary Front Bumper
LS Side skirts and Rear Lip
Removed Spoiler(still have if you want it)
Custom Graphics Designed by myself NO ONE else has them
17x7.5" wheels with 2 new tires and 2 60% tires
Sort Shifter w/ billet LS Knob
Perfect condition Black Convertible top with Glass rear window
Chrome Roll bar
Custom Fiberglass Box with Shallow mount 12" Pioneer Premier sub
Jensen MP3/CD Player with Pioneer 2 way door speakers
Rockford 1200w amp
Lowered 2"
Painted 2 tone Black and Red
Removed Badging(also included with the car)
Polished Valve Cover
Painted Inside headlights
Aluminum Race Radiator
Ram Intake NEW filter
Stainless 4-1 Header
Fidanza Lightweight Flywheel
Corksport Engine Mounts
Ported and Polished Head and Intake Manifold
Alarm System
During the Rebuild We put in New Rings, New Crank, New Bearings, New Timing Kit, New Seals and gaskets and I had the head serviced!($1894 in parts alone!)

Everything WORKS!

I want you to know EXACTLY what your getting so I will tell you what wear and tear the car has gotten in 7 years! The Oil Pump seal has a Minor leak(REPAIRED NOW!!!) There is a small Ding about the size of a quarter in the edge of the passenger front fender, may be repaired with paintless dent repair? The Check engine light will come on because of the aftermarket header eliminated the Pre Cat system(required in California) so the 02 sensor was removed, You can have this re-installed If that bothers you I will include the Sensor with the car! The car does have a few minor rock chips in the front from highway driving. And last of all the rear Passenger rim has some curb rash but is NOT dented and DOES not Affect operation!

Now this car has used MOBILE 1 Synthetic 10w30 since I rebuilt the engine! and has been changed regularly every 4000 miles! The Transmission was also re-filled with MOBILE 1 Synthetic 75w90 Gear Oil! I Wash the car at LEAST once a week, twice when I have time and WAX it at the beginning of every month! The car includes the Keys for the rims(has 2 sets of locking lugs so your rims will NOT get stolen!) The car had a rock chip in the windshield when I got it so I had the windshield replaced by Turners Auto Glass so it is free of chips and weather damage. I also tinted the windows 27% With Formula One window Film(the BEST on the market and a FLAWLESS install! The car has the OEM NARDI Leather steering wheel and Billet parking brake handle and Shift Knob. The interior Also has the Radio Bezel painted to match the car and the chrome vent rings.

***And I'm sure you would like to know Why was the engine rebuilt?(((( Well if your a Miata fan and read around online you will hear about the common "thrust bearing failure" problem, which Causes your crank to slide inside the engine and literally self destruct. An Easy way to see if this problem is developing is the use a pry bar to try and shift the crank in and out of the engine. It should have no Visible play. If It does the washer has already begun to fail. I cought this as it started to happen, Mind you it DID not Fail, I PREVENTED IT and Solved the problem from possibly happening in the future! The crank was showing some wear from this problem So I replaced it along with the bearings and piston rings. So this engine is like NEW. So Do not worry the engine was NOT rebuilt because it was blown or damaged!

This is all I can think of to list at the moment, I am in FLORENCE, SC and Will Deliver for free within 60 miles, And If your interested you can contact me about anything further. I also Make Frequent trips to SAVANNAH, GA If you would like to pickup there! My EMAIL address is XXTAZCHAZZXX@aol.com if you have any questions or You can call me at 843-229-7779. My Name is CHAZZ

A DEPOSIT OF $500 MUST be Made Via Paypal to SniperGuyNamedQ@yahoo.com If you want me to deliver!

I have no exact numbers on the HP gain but My guess is around 160HP. The only differences with the engine are that I Had the Head Port Matched to the Header and then I Ported out and polished the intake side of the head and the intake manifold 2mm per runner. This was done for Nitrous that I never got or installed. The Throttle Body was also ported out about 4mm and polished to go with the rest of the intake system. I have a Basic Ram Intake(polished) and the 4-1 Header. I also Wanted to Tighten up the engine So I installed a set of Corksport Engine mounts. To increase the revs(one of the biggest things you can do for a N/A Miata engine) I Installed an 8lb Fidanza Flywheel which DRASTICALLY increases the Rev speeds. The rest of the engine was Re Painted and the Valve cover was Polished and painted(very time consuming!) During the rebuild the Crank, rods, Bearings seals and gaskets were ALL replaced! I spent a little over $2200 in parts when rebuilding this engine. As for more pics heres a few ****Some of them are outdated.*****

SORRY the GF is NOT included! lol BUT you can pick up As many as you liek after you get the car!
