I was hoping for a little more of the white stuff
its comming down here pretty good. starting to stick to the roads a bit. its suposed to switch to freezing rain later in the day tho... when we get a good amount on the ground i will snap a picture
we got more snow! hahahahahha and this evening its converting to ice
I remember when Florida got snow... flurries... back in 1993... it snowed for approximately 30 seconds. It was great.

hahaha. the christmas lights are still comming down. cept for the bar, they are Multi purpose lights...hahaha. we just have to many out. and wiht school and work. i just havnt had time....
are the roads pretty bad down that way? i'm gonna be travelling from indianapolis to clemson, sc either tonight or tomorrow. If roads are bad, mainly interstates, i'm gonna leave tomorrow morning. If they're not too bad, then i'll leave tonight.
they are fine today, but they are saying freezing rain for most of the night here in raleigh.

the area without power was mostly mountains. i wouldn't recommend shorts year round. it does get cold here. the reason why they shutdown schools and etc. is because a majority of people are stupid and cant drive in rain, let alone snow/ice

Bah, I've done shorts in mid-40's up here (with no or minimal wind), so I'd be alright down there. I don't know if that plant allows shorts for office people though, I know I've never worn shorts at this location, but this is also Corporate too. Although I believe I have seen men wearing long shorts here in the summer...
Makes sense about the driving, the first snow or two of the season up here makes most Chicagolanders forget how to drive
