Ok first i need to know do we still have a Florida J-Body meet website? and if so whats the web address.
I also have made up a sponsorship program proposal, Please send all companies to me and i will send them the proposal. Also please please DO NOT make any promises with any companies just have them contact me and I will send them the proposal.
we have a date just need to comfirm the local that we can get it on that Saturday. After that then we will have a flyer up asap.
Also do you guys want to go for a host hotal this year? if yes please post here and put 1. sceen name 2. etc. if we have enough people then i will have Coral make some calls and see what she can do for us.
Last thing if you think there is a company that would be a good sponsor for us then tell them about the meet and have them contact me.

I say we should have a host Hotel, but that is only if people are going to use it. I think it is cool everyone being at one place.

As much as we tryed this last yr there was only 6 or 7 that stayed at the Host hotel .. the rest of the people stayed elsewhere...
It would be nice if we all stayed at the same Hotel as a group.....

YES!! thats why if we are going to do it this year i want 90% to 100% all staying at the host hotel. I would like to see everyone at one location as well to have a kick ass pool party at night!!!
For the Date yes its to tight this year with all the HIN shows and Dub shows. Orlando this year is getting HIN twice and the first one is in April. So we (orlando crew) last night went over the dates and came to one that fells right in with everything and works out. I will post that up soon.

I cant give out the date yet till i have a for sure on the local that day. Also its 1 day show Saturday but in the past Friday night everyone would meet up and go to speed world to race, and Saturday nights lot of people hang out and go to clubs and what not.

This is a Weekend long deal. The show part is usually on a Saturday. If the location allows some to to the track the night before, or night of. Sunday some get together and go eat breakfast together and then start there trip home. Plan for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Only some people are worried about one day to make themselves look good.

i'm down for the host hotel as we did last year...as long as some do not drive like a$$holz on the way back from the track like last year...
but last years show turned out to be one hell of a show thanks to the combined efforts of the florida j's - the promotion was great last year, we got the word out - we all came together and it turned out very well...i thought we would be following the same stratagy this year as last - am i wrong?
so for now i guess we wait to be told what the dates gonna be - looking forward to that weekend already...

Bonedaddy - I heard about that last year first thing Saturday morning, best thing to do is pull off the road and let them go off being A-holes you know. Also i sent you a email on your myspace.
For the voting on a date or local this year the Orlando people NOT ME! are trying something different. Like I said the date works around the school schedule, HIN + Dub shows and some little local shows.

hey blue- im interested in the host hotel also, just not sure if ill have the cavfire out by then. it definately will not be done, but hopefully i will have it there. fri and sat night for me if funds are available.
There were quite a number of people at the 'host hotel' last year, but keep in mind there were not as many rooms as there were people.
