I have some d2r philips bulbs and matsushi'ta ballasts that came out of an infiniti for sale. great for a custom hid setup or retrofit! i'll also throw in some bmw motors (the ones that make the headlights autolevel) but you'll need the computer or a stepper motor controller to run them. $200 takes it. (i spent over 250 to get them). ditch those crappy blue bulbs and get the real thing!
