I have a copy of phone calls in but no set hotel yet. Go ahead and finish the fly put for hotel info contact Chris Winstel @352-368-4077 between the hrs of 2PM - 9PM after 6/15 but before 7/15 or by email at JbodiesRUs@aol.com. Yes set the flyer up as a PDF file so everybody and just print their own fly and hand them out at local events or any car shows they hit.
Also if you have room put on the flyer that there will be prizes given at the track for those who are running that evening.
