hey im thinking of going down there for school and was just wondering how you guys like it.. is it a nice place, not much crime/vandalism etc
and whats the pricing on apartments and stuff like...cheap - not so expensive - expensive

Flooding? Yea we get hard rain and flash floods every week or two. I'm in stationed in Pensacola right now. It's alright, but it's definitley a military town. Which doesn't bother me because I am military, but some other people might not really like that.
