Hey guys! I have a 2002 ecotec that I need to swap out for a newer ecotec. The engine I picked up is out of an 2003-04. Everything should be the same and it came out of a cav/fire. I was wondering if any of you can do the swap or if you can recommend somewhere to go. I live in Mississauga and they car would need to be towed to shop/garage. Thank you for your suggestions ahead of time. Oh and time is not really an issue, as I won't be driving this car for quite some time.

I can do it no problem, Im in the GTA.
Sweet...maybe hit me up with an email and we could talk some more.
Although I can't vouch for gtpsunfire's mechanical abilities, I can definitely vouch for him being a great guy to deal with.

My Cav
I give up...
i'm buying a VW those people love trees, so they should love eachother too... "Andy"
willdo.....any change btw the 2002 and 2003 eco other than the fuel rail and injectors?
I will just reuse everything from the old motor, fuel rail, injectors, intake and exhaust manifold etc.
As far as I know, the only difference aside from the PCM would be the fuel rail.
gtpsunfire(darren) knows his @!#$ and replaced a motor for me and did a great job and quick too, highly recommended, just be carefull not to have any doritos or mcdonalds around lol (jks)
