Well before i could begin this season (post pic and head out to meets) I get my cavalier hit visiously by another driver.... So it Sat morning 730am heading to work with my usual route bellamy rd and brimorton rd (I being on bellamy headed north) when a lady in her mid-age runs a red light. I get t-boned on the passenger side going 55 cruising into work and i get t-boned so possible end to the Cavi... more or else probaly, what i know is that i will need a new front fender passenger front door and possible rear.... also the hood is bent upwards and my clear right corner didn;t make it..... as for what i don;t know are the frame front right suspension damage brake damage etc.... I have pics on my cell but don;t know how to upload them (samasung a920) ... As for what i think... right now i have in my head that it's a right off but still hoping for the best.... Of the six year i have been driving... i have sped and driven slower than slow, but just cruising in on to work never thought this would happen... So to end this long message a buh bye may happen (sorry if i sound like a chic)
Peace
PJankie

That sucks, next time keep your eyes open at every intersections you go through no matter what and when...
I always do that.
well brief update.... my insurance co is taking my cavi to foster pontiac buick... still unaware if its fixable but man hard lesson learned about tow truck drivers (some are good guys cause i know) but man they are some real jerks out there.... my car rental that i have had for 3 days now i might have to pay for 80 dollars cause they're charging 50 dollars a day for a pontiac pursuit man can get a break anywhere.... anyhow as it i am alright so far i ok just emotional pain the physical although i am starting to stiffen up have to go see the doc..., anyhow thats that peace
Really sorry to hear, bro.
From what you described, it sounds like a writeoff but without seeing the car it's tough to know.
$50/day for a rental?? That's nuts. It should be $35/day or so. Is your insurance covering it? Since it's the other person's fault, can you get her insurance to cover it? Not sure if that's even possible.
yeah after all the bs i think everyones right that it will end up beening written off... i am with all state, they moved the car without me know where they moved it too.... i am just so fed up i just want to know if their going to fix or buy out (which will be next to nothing) as for the rental they finally figured it all out, so i still have the pursuit which is horrible (no offence to anyone who owns one) the thing that gets me is that even if i go the legal route i won;t get any money toward the car all the time and effect (not just myself) put in to this car and now possible all gone for a female who hits me driving a rental who doesn;t care either way and then had the attitude to claim that i ran the red light its just very stressfull who never co-operated with myself (insurance exchance) i don't know i will let everyone know what the final outcome is by next week or so they say... peace
