Who cares. He probably got tired of the scene, like so many others have, and just gave up. Wouldn't blame him.
14.330 @ 96.37mph

Im pretty sure Borgman is done, and parting out the car next year...he's still undecided about doin the car one last time. I guess we'll find out next year.

Soooo true.
Define the "scene"
does he get tired of the People or the J-Bodies?
"scene"- Bill probably means the car shows and all that good stuff that we will all eventually grow out of.
not to bash anyone and their j-body. I just got bored with the car. The level that people are setting with the car is just too much, Because anyone can buy the car for 1K and dump 10K into it and have a dirty a$$ show car. I gave up on my j-body project. Too many people got them. If you go to a decent size car shows. You will see more j-bodys then any other class.

You hit the nail right on its head with taht comment. No point dumping money into a car worth less than $2500. Makes no sense whatsoever, especially in the show scene. It's time to move to the cobalt. It's like seeing a 1992 integra at a show, big deal.
It's on to 350Z's, Cobalts, G35's, etc...
1996 Chevrolet Cavalier SOLD | 2002 BMW 330i SOLD | 2004 BMW 645i
yet the top tuner in north america is a 94 Integra
top tuner has over 100,000 in mods. any @!#$box with that kind of money and tastefully designed parts/designs/mods can be a top tuner.

Well the new kid in town is his Solstice. And they say his Acurabot doesn't even come close to beating it. His solstice set a whole new level of modding from what the NCCA says. Also that car lost to a BMW at SCP 7. Some guy from New York. Drove his car all the way down too.

I am sorry, but Importfest had MANY more civics, VW's in general then J's. Infact, J's have only become more popular at all the major shows I have been going to over the past 3 years, before that we had a lot less out.

yeah I guess there were more civics in total, but not all in one body style. I was looking at the overall bodystyle. There werent 10hatchs there all the same year. Things like that, also the J-body is taking over the shows there are just soo many of them, and it gets a bit boring to see a car with just rims and a body kit on it. I'm not just putting J's down on that one to. The show scene has gotten alot weaker in the last year or two.
