i was wondering if anyone stocks 03 ecotec intakes cheap, or if someone could simply make me a intake pipe for my car?

reason being is im having issues with my hood and strut bar the orig intake is causing the strut bar not to fit properly and inturn i believe lifting the top driver side of my hood up.

I'm pretty sure the Ecotec motor has the T/B at the front of the car not near the firewall, and unless your current intake circles your motor I'm pretty sure this would not interfer with your strut bar. If your talking about the 2200 LN2 motor... well that's a different story. I think to only option that will work for you would be the GM strut bar. Hope that helps. I don't want you making the wrong purchase....
Or take a picture ..... pictures are always fun

the hood sticks up because im using a modified stock intake and stock intakes dont fit well with strut bars atleast mine doesnt. So im just looking at replacing the stock intake with something so i can get ride of all the plastic piping etc. then my strut bar will finally fit right and i dont have a issue with my hood

I thought mine was ghetto, but it's a warm air intake. I'm scared of getting hydrolocked from flooded streets or car-sized potholes full of water that looks like a puddle.
