Where do I find translucent paint?

Is there a website that sells translucent paint? I wasn't able to find it at canadian tire. I wanted to paint my gauge cluster and Hvac lights. Or would I just be better off buying coloured bulbs?

I've bought it at crappy tire in the past.

Try home depot, or local arts/crafts supply places. The stuff is mostly used by people doing imitation stained-glass so those places will definatley have it, although probably at a premium price.

I'd stay away from the colored bulbs--especially the ones crap tire sells. I found they faded color in no time at all. Also, painting the bulbs is a bad idea, since the paint tends to burn when the bulb is hot. Its a real wake-up to have your overhead start smoldering then go "pop" when you arent expecting it.

Rice.....Part of a balanced Pontiac diet.

Canadian Tire or Walmart has it....its Krylon stained glass paint. Comes in orange, red, blue, yellow, and probably more colours...
