For everyone reading this post.. I need to know if anyone knows how to get ahold of this PakiPower guy.. I have already tried calling his cell phone and I also have tried to PM him and email him..
I sold him my motor from my car.. (The Beretta).. It's been just about 2 weeks or so.. Well now it's been over 1 week overdue on bring my car back.. We had agreed that he would get it towed back March 1st and could pay me the rest of the money by March 31st.
Here's the story.. He wanted the motor from my car but could only pay me half of the money now and the other half later.. So he needed to take the car to have the shop remove it from my car and install in his car.. Well within 24hrs he was suppose to let me know if the motor was running right or not (I already knew it was, but this was the condition since he didn't hear it run when it left my house).. Well I talked to him later on and the car was running fine and everything went swell.. Well this tells me the car is done and he can bring mine back now.. So he never brough it back on March 1st, so I said ok bring it back on Friday or Saturday cause I have someone who wants to buy the rest of the car from me.., and this weekend will be the 2nd weekend that I gotta turn the guy down cause my car isn't back.. So I am potentially lossing alot of money here, cause I could have had my car and all the parts sold by now..
I think I did the PakiPower (Asif from now on) a favour by giving him this payment plan so he could have a working car.. Well now I feel he is avoiding me for some reason that is unknown.. Cause before he had my car contact on MSN was great (he was on all the time) and he always answered his phone and stuff (now it's always off).. And the PM'ing was great as well.. Well all of those have gone from Great Communication to POOR communication.. I feel he is takin my car and my money and not showing up.. I mean he knows my number so he can contact me..
So now it's resorting to this.. I public plea for help since I am out of options.. If I don't get to him soon, I will be taking legal action as we have a signed agreement... So I mean in the end if he doesn't comply, then he will have to comply with the law, owe me my money and have a bad record..
I am trying to leave that as a last resort option.. All I want is my car and my money.. Cause I mean buddy wants my car and all the parts for a nice chunk of change.. And if I keep putting him off like this then I will loose that sale for what.. Cause someone can't contact me.. I feel now I deserve to get my other half of the money now since he has ignored me for so long..
Proof that he is ignoring me.. Look at his post about heating problems of whatever... He had no problem posting on the site, but once I made a reply in his thread.. He hasn't responsed YET!!!!

Well my buddy knows where he lives.. But I want to resort having to go to his house and stuff.. I guess I just want an easier why out rather then have to drive to his house.. But it might come down to that.. Man I hate when stuff like this happens.
But I am not going to jump conclusions and say he is ripping me off.. I feels like he is, but I am not going to say for sure that is what he is doing.. I mean yea he should be getting into contact with me and whatever.. It's wrong not to stay on contact with someone and let them know whats going on, when they have ur car..

Sounds like you just need to get out there and tak to him. Call him and leave a message. Call around dinner as most people are home then, If not go directly to his house and wait for him.
Sounds like he is just lazy and in no hurry to help you out. While thats pretty rude, it's not illegal.
This is a bit surprising. I met the guy once when he traded me 12 beers for my stock springs, and he seemed like a decent dude.

Hello don’t mean to be rude I already talked to him he and we are dealing with it, at this point since I have responded to him it is between me and him, and Jonathan this is not towards you at all or anything and I am not going to do this but just for this dude to understand, ok the legal action @!#$ really did not scare me into anything, first of all as per out contract I will take the car and remove the engine and let him know if it ran or not and I took 2 days for me to get it out an started and I did let him know, second the vehicle at time of pick was not running nor was the steering column attached, and when I got the car to the shop we could not get it started and allot of the wires were spliced and mixed up and all over the place nothing on the inside so no way to track the lines easily so we just took out the motor and dropped it into my car to run it, next in terms of payment, I was not about to pay full upfront for an engine I have not hear run that would be stupid, and as per out contract the money is to be paid in full, by the 31st of march so really chill if he wanted to take me to court he could have fun cause nothing goes through there until then. Now in terms of the shell being returned again yes I admitted that I had to leave and he could not contact me for a bit, but before any real legal actions I would have to be hit wit a summons at which point it would go to if any thing small claims court at this point no criminal actions have occurred. This is a breach of contract under $5000 small claims court under contract dispute, as well there was nothing written in our contract about exactly defining when the car needs to be returned it was implied but not written down like that if I remember correctly so again he would have a hard time there. Now again everyone I did not do any of this with the intent to screw over The seller, he is a good guy and I really hope he understands it was not intentional just accidental, some time things happen, as I sat down this morning at work and saw this, it was the first thing I took care of , and I don’t need your defamation (yes legal term ** In English and American law, and systems based on them, libel and slander are two forms of defamation (or defamation of character), which is the tort or delict of making a false statement of fact that injures someone's reputation. Now, again I did apologies to him and hopefully it will be all taken care of and I did not mean to do this intentionally and everything written here is just to Sam here to mind who own bizz any how again ppl hopefully this will be all resolved by the end of the week end, and as an update I have been in contact with him and hopeful it is all good and if there is any other issue I will be resolving it with him directly

Mark, no...seriously take a look at the big picture. First off, pakipower, your trying to make yourself look like you know what your taking about by looking up definitions and not properly applying them. Seriously, the only thing you could do is say that you werent afraid if he took legal action against you...but to me, you were cause you must have responded immediately. you were ignorning his calls, pms, msn's everything. Do you not see the things against you. I know its all resolved now, but its because of people like you we must always watch who we do buisness with.

Sam, I understand what you mean... It does seem kind of weird he doesn't answer to all my PMs and MSN, And phone calls until I make this thread.. But, I can't say he did have an emergancy and I can't say he didn't.. But it doesn't matter.. What matters is he contact me and that makes me happy..
I understand things come up and this is one of them... @!#$ happens unexpected like the family problems with Asif... And I am going to take his word for it.. I am not worried if he is lying or telling the truth.. Cause if he is lying he is only lying to himself.. But he seems like a very nice person to deal with and even though we had this little issue.. I would still do business with him..
Like Kyle said, who wants to steal a Beretta.. Sure there is more parts on it.. But I don't think he would have done that.. I never thought he was gonna steal it cause I know he knows I know someone who knows him (lol that sounds sorta funny)..
Again.. I just wanted to clear things up and clear Asif of any wrong doing or whatever.. I don't want him to get a bad reputation and I don't want any problems to start.. So this is all worked out and that's the end!!!
