Hello, I am selling this car: (website) for $1,800.00 as is, (no safety.)
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/679079
with these rims:
http://www.fastco.ca/Wheels%20Frames%2005/wheel_index.html
The rims are 17in and black chromium with great tread. Only 9 months old
The car is a 1998 2.2l with 200,000km. It has some problems. It would need new shocks and brakes to pass a safety.
It also has a broken fan, and broken A/C, it has a belt on it bypassing the A/C.
It also needs a new temp sensor.
It has some rust now visable after the paint job. mostly on the bottom doors, and bottom trunk lid.
It also needs new strut bearings (cheap proceedure)
It is however a great parts car, with a set of 17 in rims, and 4 winter steelies.
List:
Tranny and clutch were replaced 40,000km ago.
alternator was replaced 5,000 km ago
starter was replaced 60,000km ago
Drums replaced 30,000km ago
G-spec muffler
Ractive 10mm racing wires
Vibrant intake for 2.2l
clear corner turn signals
headlight wiring re done 15,000km ago
If interested please email me at chimosbar@hotmail.com
Thanks
Edit:
Sorry the link for the rims isnt working properly, they are the Sportline "Groove" rims
not to hi-jack your post, but what belt are you using to bypass the A/C? thanks
Lifes too short to drink cheap beer.
no worries,
Its a smaller belt used for cavy's without A/C, and you just have to skip the a/c and the 2nd pulley that re routes it from the a/c pulley.
basically exactly how your cars belt would work if u didnt have the a/c pulley. ( i found a noticable increase in HP
What happened to your gold rims?
I had them on order then ended up having to cancel the order for personal finance situations, went a few months without rims, then baught the current ones to last the summer knowing I would be selling the car.
is that an all black/ gm graphite interior ? (just woondering/ not intrested, because i never knew you could get on with all graphite inside)
My Cav
I give up...
i'm buying a VW those people love trees, so they should love eachother too... "Andy"
Would you consider selling the rims seperate?
"Rims seperate"
Good question. the treads are still mint. They help increase the appeal of the car, but for the right price. I might consider it.
Also, I want to wish you good luck, it looks fantastic. !!!
