Well, there would be 3 people in total living in this house for this price. So it is pretty reasonable. If a total of 4 people move in, the price would drop to about 412.50 per month. (2 are already there... 2 to go...)
Remember, the house is about 1,500 -1,800+ sq ft. Lot's of room, and both people living there work full-time, so the house will be empty a lot of the time.
The house is not being shared by many people. Right now they are looking for one more to lower the rent a bit and then possibly another, for a total of 4 people in a big house.
Plus there are perks. You get to watch the tv that is already there... sit on the furniture thats there, and hang out with a bunch of fun people!

Sounds good for what you're describing. I rent two rooms in my house for a bit less than that... but we don't have a pool!

It is located near rathburn and mavis. Which means, the 403 and 401 are about 5 minute drive. I think you can catch the 407 via the 401... or 401 to 410 to 407...

I would honestly have to check the place out in person to know if I was seriously interested. Any chance there is a garage? what are the parking arrangements like? I really dont want to be parking my car on the road or in any kind of tight parking areas.
Are the other ppl there university students? what are they like? noisy? quiet? parties?

Ok, first off, at this point, the only person living there is my girlfriend. She is looking to rent out the other 3 rooms available. She is looking for females only, but she would allow a guy to live there if either of us trusted him. We are waiting to see what happens with a few ladies who have shown interest. If this doesn't work out, I will be in touch.
Oh and there are 2 parking spaces available. One in the garage and one outside on the driveway. I guess if two people with cars move in, it would be first come first serve for the garage. I'm sure timing and everything could be worked out. The third person would have to park street side or half on the driveway, half off... (we would have to work something out)...
But like I said, I will speak with her and get back to this thread as soon as she gives me the go ahead to allow guys to move in. We need this placed filled asap. I will ask her tonight and see if I can get a final yes or no to guys in general.
