ECOtec Parts Needed

im in need of parts for my 2.2 ECO 03 Sunfire

ECOtec Header (or the downpipe either to the cat or past it)
ECOtec Tranny (5 speed)
ECOtec Clutch
ECOtec intake
ECOtec Axles

just PM me what you got and how much you want, and ill get back to you if i'll take it

i have a stock exaust manifold

ill take stock for everything besides a header, i want a header

i found alot of this stuff, from other JBO members, all i need now is --


5 speed transmission
5 speed ecotec Axles

Any J axle from 2000 and up will work. The pre 2k's might work as well, but I know for sure all of the 2000+ 5spd axles are the same.

so, i know im gonna look stupid, but your saying that the axles from my 2.4TC out of my 2000 z24 will work for my ecotec 5 speed tranny?

so why my buddy removed the axles, he cut the CV boot... can i just get a new boot, or are these axles toast?

any 5 spd axle is the same..i have a getrag tranny for sale..

if he cut the cv boot to remove them, you probably shouldn't let him work on your car anymore

as long as they were driven on and all the grease is still in them, put a new boot on them. if the grease is gone or have been driven on without a boot get new axles

Yeah you could just put a new boot, but as was stated, if it was driven on, don't even bother, just go down to your local autoparts store turn it in as your core and get a new axle, they are only like 50-60 down here in IL.
