I have a 97 Sunfire with stock black/grey seats in it..
My front passenger seat decided to throw a spring in the backrest pretty bad today and since I know how much of a pain it is to fix.... I'd rather just replace it...
If anyone nearby (Owatonna, MN 55060)... happens to have a stock seat or seats the same color (or close) to what I have... let me know.....
I'd also be fine with a pair of dark colored stock Cavy seats also....... or anything else aftermarket that will just bolt in if the price is low enough...

I have a set of good condition seats out of the GTC... unfortunetly the seats are also gay tan.
If you want them make an offer and you can come pick them up, they are just taking up space.

Although........ I don't have to go back to work again until Sat night........ throw up a pic or something...... if thier in good shape... and will just bolt right in..... you never know
... although I'm really not a fan of tan.....
I Just have way too much other stuff that needs fixed on the car right now to blow much money on fancy seats......
I might just hit up the local Junkyards for some Cavy seats in the meantime..... thier pretty common cars...... and I kinda like the idea of being different that way.... the only problem is finding a junk car with seats in GOOD condidtion......
Just to make sure..... Cavy's and Fires are all the same as far as mounting and posistion go right? ...... I'm sure they are... but with my luck... I always like to make sure first.

I honestly don't have a freaking clue what to offer you though.... like I said I'm not looking to spend a lot of money (reason for stock seats)..... I was hoping to find a set for under $100.... but I don't want to be rude for making to low of an offer either.... I'll pm ya with what I can afford right now...
I have a buddie in Milwaukee I haven't seen in a while and like I said... I have a decent amount of time off this week so I'd prob be willing to drive out (even if I have to remove my pass seat to make room)...
Either way.... post a pic if you can (kinda want one if I'm gunna drive 300 miles

To be honest.... I'de prob be better of junkyard shopping than to drive to Chicago..... I was just thinking it "could" be worth picking up a set of baretta seats if they look good and where cheap enough.....
And Jason..... get back to me man..... I know it's X-mas ..... but the sooner the better since if you live far enough into Wisconsin..... I might have to spend the night at a buddies house..... let me know whenever you check this again man.... thanx...

Well the seats are in the car..... I had to fix the slider on the passenger side but it wasn't a big deal (a spring came loose).... my Dad swore up and down that I didn't know what I was talking about when I told him that Cavaliers and Sunfires are exactly the same and its just cosmetics and that the seat would just bolt right in......... obviously.... I was right..
Hers a pic with them in the car...... just ignore the dirty floor and all the crap in the back seat..... it's winter and it my only car.... I really need to clean it out though...
They actually sit a little higher the the other ones... but are more comfortable and offer much more support..... prob because they have less miles on them...
and just for the hell of it.... I took a pic of the car in my parking spot in all it's winter glory...... stock rims w/ snow tires and all.... While I had the camera... I realized that I don't have any pics of it in the winter....
so I snapped one when I got home a few minutes ago...

Not a problem, glad to see they work out for ya(my dad's glad to see them out of his garage lol). I totally forgot about the back seat, since it's still in my car. let me know if you want it though, otherwise I'll probably be getting rid of it in the spring, after all the modding
