sellin the primer beast
Tuesday, August 21, 2007 11:57 PM
its official. im selling the primer beast formally known as the green machine. heres how it sits atm.

full interior comes with it. no engine mods done. will include 2 12" dual subs with amp and custom sized box. also quite a bit of charcoal gray carpeting to cover box. asking $2000. would make a great project car. if you want 17" motegi rims (the ones that are for sale in my other post) i would take $2350.
forgot to say it has 132k miles on it.

i am talking about that it looks like the right side of the wheel looks pushed in more towards the dash, but probably is just a weird picture angle.

but anyways, that car is a pile of $hit and who ever buys it has to be on dope. just send that thing to the junkyard and do the JBO a favor.

why is it a pile of junk lol it drives flawlessly and omg... you cant put parts back in the interior. the body is flawless. just needs paint. comes with rims. i guess i dont see whats so wrong with it.

i guess i would find it hard to buy a car in that exact condition. it looks like it had a good start but just needs to be finished. either way good luck with the sale. i hope you find a good home for it.

idk i guess i would buy a car in primer if it was going for this cheap if i had the extra money. im sure i will buy something just like it in the future when i can afford to mod it again. but right now i cant which is why its going. but thanks anyways

probably the way the steering wheel sits in the picture is how it goes down the road when your are going "straight".

you can only polish a turd so much kid.

good luck selling it.

Dude you need to back the fawk off. Lets see your sweet ass car? ANd what exactly is even wrong w/ it? He atleast did it right instead putting stickers all over it and a big fart can, he atleast molded the kit on to start, and planned to paint the entire car burple. You need to back up you're own shet with a car, not words. I can see if you had a flawless car that stood alone from all to be able to talk and say the insults that you do, but to be a hater against a project that just hasn't been completed? low dude....grow up already.

1) interior looks dirty from wetsanding the primer. very very little overspray on the bottoms of both seats.
2) all the wires are from lights that i had in the vents and stuff that looked crappy so i tore them out. the wires are all gone now.
3) i will throw in a poineer cd player and 2 dual subs with custom sized box and 2 amps.
4) all interior peices are in very good shape. comes with 2 dashs, 1 fiberglassed (almost finished) 2nd stock. the panels that go by your feet (the one that goes around the hood pop) are sanded completely smooth ready to be primed/ painted.

i had a 96 z24, new motor, better cams. all the bolt on;s available, had it s/c'd with meth injection 3 years ago, minor body mods and repainted different color , rims, and so on and so forth. been there and done that kido'. been here / modding a j body for 8 years, so i really dont have to prove anything and seen it all. but, i still have/wifes car a mildly modded 02 ls sport, which i am not taking as far as my z24, but the ecotec has alot of potenial so we will see.

car i am working on now with my brother(dsm)we are going to be dynoing it for the first time soon here with some top shops in the dsm/evo world. so i am really not too worried about backing anything up to a person i dont know on the .org, sorry.

but good luck selling the cav, sorry i shoudlnt typed 'WOW", just seen that the wheel looked crooked but explained it probably cuz i looked at it fast and just the picture angle i seen. but, i was accused of being on crack.

Ps. , i sold my 96 z24 wtih 150k miles,(to speedracerZ) and 40k on the motor with a injen intake, 62mm t/b, 2k motor with seceret cams, isuzuperformance exhuast/ 2.5inch rest of the way back, eibach 1.4inch springs, sway bars, poly control A arm bushings/ motor mounts/tranny mounts, ACT clutch/spec flywheel, and a bunch of new odds' and ends and a clean interior all for 1000$. so that is why i think selling a half started project, E bay body kit 2.2 ohv Auto fart can cav and no interior for that much is alot.

good luck regardless.

It wasn't just that, it was the fact that you were being a cock on the forum that's all.
typing shet like "but anyways, that car is a pile of $hit and who ever buys it has to be on dope. just send that thing to the junkyard and do the JBO a favor."???? how the hell is that called for?

I must ask though...where'd you get the evo from? my buddy sold his evo (from fond du lac, WI) to buy a house...it was an 04 i believe and he said he sold it to someone in the cities...its black in color..was almost brand new, he dropped like 20k into the motor and didn't even drive it for a year after. ..just curious where it wandered off to cuz whoever got it got a MINT car and a fast as hell one too!

nice project but in it's current state i don't think you'll get $2000 for it...

at least toss the interior back in to try and sell it.
