well, talking with Chris(greenmachine) we came to the conclussion that we should come up with a group to just meet up, car shows every now and then.
any one have any ideas?
for this or against this, and if so any names?

there's already the MN J's... and that's exactly what they did. meets once a month, car shows, cruises, etc. however, in the last couple years, people just havn't been showing up. the people who planned all the meets and shows simply stopped wasting their time trying to get people together, cause it usually fell through. good luck trying to get something to work.

start one then. thats what i did almost 2 years ago when the Wisconsin J-Bodies were all but gone. I started the WI J-Tuners.

Im up for meeting up anytime, you guys are always welcome to come to my Open Throttle Performance meets too, we have one about once a month.

Hell I'd be up for some sort of car club thing. I live an hour south of the cities but it's not really that far. Maybee if we got together and showed a presence as a group on a reagular basis (entering track meets, car shows ect...), and people actually started to hear about us, maybee some of the people around hear would actually feel like there part of something and actually SHOW UP. Maybee we just need to start over with the MN-J thing from scratch. We really need to think of eachother as a group instead of just a few randome people meeting up just to BS every now and then. Motorcycle gangs have been doing it for years, why is it so hard us?
Btw, if we plan a meet make sure to post notice well ahead of time. I work a lot of weekends and might need to take a day off.

You guys should come to rochester or where ever you guys wanna meet up, that way we can see how many people really wanna be on this team or a club. i don't know i just think it would be cool to have a little team or someting so that we can meet up and work on cars or just hang out. What ever works for you guys.

How about something in between the cities and Rochester? I would have to know well in advance to get off of work.
