The WI J-Tuners Monthly Meet for July will be taking place on July 21st at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI.
This is the Day of the Saturday Night Import Wars Car Show/Drag Racing Event. The Event Starts at 3pm and goes until 11pm. For more info view the following flyer:
We will be meeting at the Culvers on Hwy 20 right off I-94 (Racine Area; Exit 333) between 2-2:30pm. At 2:30, we will head towards GLD as a group. Once you get through the gates please pull of into the grass and wait for everyone else to get through the gates. We will then group up according to what everyone is doing (Spectating, Racing, Showing) and park/tech in as groups.
There is a possibility of bringing a grill. If it's confirmed, bring your own food to cook.

almost all the questions you asked are in the Original Post.
As for registration deadline. I just asked on ConceptR's site. They are the one's who put the show on. You should be fine if you get there between 4-5pm. Normal sunday events start at 9am and the car show registration closes at 3pm. this one starts at 3pm.
The Flyer is accurate for everything except times, due to this being a saturday nite event and the rest of the IW Events being sundays.
If there is enough people showing, a spot or two could always be saved for the late arrivers. just gotta park at a nice angle to take up more room.

Just a heads up brandon to check us out. I will be there with our group of guys. We will be at fish days car show that morning and then going down to GLD for that show. We dont have any jbodies any longer but we still know most of you and would like to say HI! If you see the cars stop by we will have the following there all showing of course that day
