i start my car let it run when i step on the gas my interior light blink and dim and so does my head lights it has a new alt.

I assume you checked your + and - connections to your battery?

do you have under drive pullys ? a huge system with out a cap. ? or check your battery terminals if there is any corosion that might be your problem

no system not a fan of them, and no pully for a 2.2 new battery also.... so idk grounds look good idk where the engine to body ground is on a 2.2 anyone wannna tell me ..

the ground from the battery is eather right to the body a few inches from the battery tray there is 2 of them . i would strongly recomend grounding your tranny (tranny bolt ) to the body also there r no decent engine/tranny grounds on the 2.2 use a 4ag or a strap ..........also take a look at your plug wire they might be arking out , use a spray bottle full of water and spray them down with the engine running and look for sparks and listine for clicks or ticks every time that cylender fires ...
