A/C Compressor bypass
Tuesday, October 04, 2005 9:20 AM
Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how I could bypass my A/C compressor...the bearing is totally worn out in it and the A/C dosen't work any how...so I don't need it. I heard there is like some belt or pulley??? Also if anyone knows how to do it... I would appreciate the help...

don't you just get the belt thats for the cavis without a/c? then the belt wouldn't be going around the a/c pulley.

no its not that hard...its a lil frusrating to get a wrench on the tentioner pully but its definetly do-able (i know cause i did it)...just go to auto zone or the parts store of your choice and order a belt w/o ac and thats all you need
