After fighting with the registrar for WEEKS. They finally fixed the issues with the domain name. Needless to say, I have transferred the domain to a new registrar and all is good now.
FYI, I suggest no one EVER use NetFirms.com for hosting or domain registration. They are @!#$ crooks!
