Northbound Hwy 65 in Blaine/Fridley area about 3:00 to 3:30.
Black. Dark rims (maybe jsut A LOT of brake dust). Tinted windows. Coupe.
I only saw it real quick, I was going the other way.
Kinda looked like Joes here (I think)
but hes in MI according to his profile.

there's 2 i always see that are black. on has a drift kit deep tint and chrome rims.
the other has a bomex kit, flames on it and tint and i think darker rims. thats prolly the one you saw
Thers a couple guys in the Four seasons trailer park that have 04s ones black and ones silver both with the Razzi kits, the black ones pretty sweet...I think they said they went to BHS last year....coulda been one of em...

I see alot of different black cavys while delivering pizza that are modded, and ryanizzle you should'nt follow people it scares them well atleast it scares me.
I dont recall flames... but if they were darker (like grey on black) i may not have seen them while going 60 mph in the opposite direction.

There is a white cavalier with a urethane bomex kit I keep seeing on 65. Also a blue 04 with a CF extractor hood in the Andover area.
