I was wondering if 95-98 Z24 front, rear and sides would fit on my 97 RS?

search someone just asked this question last week. I believe that as long as it it from the same generation it will fit. it's when people try and put 00-02 front on 95-99 cars, where they run into trouble


I am looking for struts for my newly aquired Eibach pro-kit performance coils, If anybody has some?

all 95-99 front are ineterchangeable sides will fit all years 95-05 the rear is alse you would just need the foam piece for the year you are going to put on there is also a sticky that tells you all about this also

2000 up uses different headlights, front bumpers, headlight harness, fenders, etc. But you will be fine with 95-98 parts for your 97 RS.

Only thing I think "MIGHT" be different is the bumper support cushion thingy...it might be shaped differnt from a regular base cavy compared to a Z24 Cavy.

Where did you find the front lip you have on there? I havent been able to find any. Body Kits are too much, personally. Stock body with the lip is sick!

The 95-99 rs are the same so adding a 95-99 z parts is easy. the rear will just swap the cover itself the sides if you dont currently have will need to be drilled to allow the clips to hold the side on the front rs pad should be removed amd replaced with the 95-99 z white foam pad how ever is not ness. also if.you wanna add the fog lamps you will need to remove the clips n bolts from the metal bar to install them.

Actually the only real diffrence with the fenders is the 95-99 have a bracket welded onto them for the corner lights, and the 00-02 have a bracket thats bolted onto the frame for the corner lights. So in reality ( I say this from experience since I have had more front ends on my vert then AZNCAVI ) and front end will work on any J 95-05 as long as its a cavalier or a sunfire. Just gotta wire up the lights for the year your using. Such as was said before if you have a 95-99 and wanna go to a 00-05 then you will need to wire from a two bulb (hi/low) setup to a one bulb setup and boom, it all bolts right up And the 95-99 crush guards are the same reguardless of the base or z24 and same for the 00-02's and the 03-05's. Just need the crush guard if your going to go with another front for that specific year ( 95-99, 00-02, 03-05) Make sense??
