Use ammonia-free products on tinted windows. Harsh chemicals eat away at the tint. you may use mild soap on soft clean towel or a soft sponge
Do not use rough paper towels or abrasive sponges, these can leave scratches on the tinted windows.
Clean and dry one window at a time so that the soap does not dry on the glass.
Wipe the window dry with top to downward motion in order to avoid water spots and streaking.

sweet... i thought that i would use some 400 grit sand paper, but if this is the right way thanks
I prefer 300 grit, it really gets in there and gets all that dirt out that accumulates on window tint.
furniture polish works good
Furniture Polish is alright, but I find that if you slap it on there really thick and then take a blow torch to it, you get better results.
