F/S - 1997 Z24 Cavalier ... need car to go

Greatings JBO-
I have a 1997 Z24 cavalier with an auto trans, 70,045 miles, new tires, new battary, new alernator, lowered on ground controls on stock struts/shocks. Z3 fenders for sale. The car has a very clean interior. It does have scratches on the paint and one rust spot on the driver side quarter panel by the side skirt. Im looking to get $3,500 obo for the car. Title is in hand and ready to be handed over to the new owner. I simply dont drive the car or use it. I drive it to work about twice a week if that. Im sure someone on her can enjoy it more than I am. Mechanically the car is perfect no problems at all. Below are some pictures of the car. I will post pictures of the rust spot so you all can see it. Please some one take this car off my hands. I need cash bad. Car is located at 60134 or Geneva IL

Car comes with STOCK hood, No longer have CF hood.

It has a CF intake and a K&N filter

Stock z24 rims with new tires

Car comes with 2k tail lights not the altezza's.

Updated Pictures

You will the rust spot and the interior. I have never sat on the seats without a cover so they look perfect. The floor mats are original as well. Always covered.
