im looking for any honda cb preferably a 750 between 1970's to early 80's for a project im doing. all i need is a motor that is at least known to run or does run and a clear title, please let me know if you know anyone with one that has been laying around for years

Just an FYI Honda uses the same 750 engine with minor changes at least up until 1993 in the Nighthawk 750. I know because I have one. On the title and on the vin tag the nighthawk 750 is refered to as a CB 750. Seems to be a good engine. Mine has 40,000 on it and runs like a champ. What kind of project are you using it for?

yea i know but i want a 70's for the style im gonna be building a cafe racer most likely unless i can find one that has been unmolested and restore it to original with powdercoated frame andn fresh chrome and paint. im a honda/yamaha mechanic so im framiliar with all the models pretty much.
