Parting out 98 Z24

1998 Z24 5-speed

I have pics I will post up. The car is complete-ish. By that I mean all parts needed for it are there, and I have actually driven it (from Montgomery to Yorkville). As a whole it needs a decent amount of work. The subframe doesn't mount straight in and the electrical is wonky (it had 2 batteries in it ). I guess this is what I get by trying to pick up pieces of someone else's project.

Anyway, parts that may be of interest :

2.4 DOHC (ran rough but didn't have @!#$ for voltage with 1 battery)
Isuzu Trans
Brad's custom short shifter
Z24 body panels and effects
Nice rims and tires (will post pics later)
BRAND NEW EXHAUST from manifold back to a Flowmaster 40 (from the Exhaust Works in Montgomery, IL - GREAT GUYS)

Like I said car is basically complete sans radio. I live in Yorkville, IL. jrobz23@gmail.com

If you want the whole damn car, I'll sell it for $1100. You tow it away though. I don't wanna hear 20 min later that your subframe fell off cuz you hit a bump on Rt 47.

Pics inc after sleep..

So, they do good work over there huh? I am gonna take the GT there to get the exhaust completely re-done hopefully next week. Good to hear positive things about them.

Yes, it has been quite a while! How are you doing? How are you and your girlfriend liking the house in Yorkville?

I am so excited to get my exhaust done now. It won't sound like pissed off bees anymore ! So, do they do mandrel bent, stainless steel exhaust piping?

if I were you, i'd grab the whole car. not just saying that cuz I wanna sell it. A front axle trailer isn't very expensive for the day. It will save you trips to the junk yard for crap you thought you grabbed. The 2.4 and 5-speed work and everything you'd need is there. I'd say use your wiring as the electrical in this car is.. yeah..
