It time for me to move on, so I am willing to part out the what I honestly feel is the best Turbo Kit designed for the 2.4L Cavs.
Warning: This turbo kit gets going in a hurry!.....Kit hits full boost at 3200 rpms
Asking $2200 for the kit
-JMTS 321 Stainless Turbo Header, Tig Welded and inert Gas Purged welds....with EGT bung installed in primary.
-JMTS custom matched T3/T04E Dual Ball Bearing Turbo, Stage V Exhaust and .63 A/R. New design oil passages by Innovative Turbo
-JMTS 304 down tube to a 3" exhaust
-Your choice....Turbonetics Delta Gate or Innovative Mini Gate. 5psi and 13 psi springs
-JMTS Version II front mount Intercooler
-JMTS 2.25" compression tubes to the intercooler....and 2.5" from the intercooler to the Throttle Body.
-Stainless Braided oil lines and water coolant lines. All T's and fittings included.
-HKS EVC IV Boost Controller, with fuzzy loggic.
-New gaskets (turbo inlet, waste gate.)
-if you do not have tuning software.....I have a FMU

Here's the proof on the kit's performance.
Attached below is a screen shot of my Electromotive TEC VE tables (fuel tuning). On the bottom of the chart is RPM and on the Left is pressure. The highlighted cells tell were the car has been in a particular pull RPM vs. Pressure.
220 kPA = 17.2 psi (my low boost setting as staged now)
The kit will be sold as is without warranty. For those in the midwest, we can talk about install if you really need it.

The turbo....I just got it in from Innoviative in the late fall, installed it on the car, and started it, to ensure that there was no leaks.
With the weather in KC.....I have not taken the car out on the road.

SO everything is basically new on it? Do you have any specs on the turbo? Also, do you have any more pics of the setup such as charge pipes, intercooler, etc.?

First, the car is NOT a daily driver. This is really a SCCA road race car the gets driven to the events and back.....
The Turbonetics waste gate (the one that I am currently using) is 3 years old....and has a 9-13 psi spring in it.
The Blitz Blow-Off Valve is 3 years old....but in great shape, and still very loud.
The Mini-gate (if you choose it) was installed once with a 10 psi spring. The delta gate was working better for my application.
The turbo is less then an installed week old, and the specs on it are T3/T04E Dual Ball Bearing Turbo, Stage V Exhaust and .63 A/R. New design oil passages by Innovative Turbo. It is so well matched to a ported head!
