Ok this is going to sound wierd so I am going to lay out the entire thing.
I had two bumpers for sale, (they were part of a kit)
A guy from Rolla sends me a message (from craigslist) and tells me he is headed this way and would i want to trade anything. So we settle on I give him my bumpers and get gives me a z24 kit (front and rear lips, side skirts and spoiler)
So he shows up late because he got really lost. It comes ot my house with the front lip, side skirts and half of the rear lip. Tells me he didn't have enough time to get the spoiler and other piece of the lip off.
Fine I decided to be nice and was like ship them to me, i will send you the pre-paid labels. So i take the pieces he has and he takes the bumpers. I then tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of him. and Nothing
Called Rolla police, they get ahold of his wife and then he calls me saying he has been super busy. Whatever i get his address, and send him the pre-paid labels.
2 weeks nothing so i start calling get ahold of him he tells me his wife sent them out. So i call his wife. she tells me she left him and has no idea what he is talking about nor has she been able to get ahold of him.
Now 3 weeks later I can't get ahold of him and am deciding in whether to call the police office again and have him help me. Or drive up there, or see if anyone around there knows him (or of him) and go from there.
Here is what i know. His car was yellow the police officer said he thinks it is a yellow car with a white hood (but not for certain) I have his name, address, and house phone. but that is it. I also have his wife's number (who is really nice) but she can't get ahold of him either and really it is not her problem.
Any advice would be nice. Yes i know I was stupid for trusting him, but from one car freak to another i trusted him. I could find another spoiler really the small pice of the rear lip would be a pain but it is the point of the matter really.
