Pull the shifter knob off and check the yellow stick in there and see if it pushes all the way down. Also check this thing it might be broken (pic below) You can try to disconnect it and see what happens.

Thanks guys. lol i wanted to brake the Pos he gave 400 bucks for it and its an ok car but it doesnt run. and the guy b4 him tryed to fix it and so he tore out the steering colum and comes to find out its the ECU and so he had to put a new colum in. then he got man and sold it lol. im sold him my other LD9 1 out of like 30 so he could swap it. Thanks for the help guys
