F/S: RK ceramic 4-2-1 header w/cat (ECO)

I have a RK header that is ceramic coated that has the pipe already welded to a stock cat, niether of which I will need anymore, to be clear this is a direct bolt on that requires no cutting/welding
the cat is OE and has 29XXX k on it.
