where is it? in the florr of your garage or on a lift or what?
half the bolt are started on the motor.. its supported with a hoist from above. like I said its almost done but I'm tired of dickin with it.

its in the bay. the engine is slightly dropped and supported from below but the trans is supported by a hoist from above. I had to do it this way do to some rusty bolts I dont feel like tearing on half (mount bolts and steering arm bolts). its just needs to be finished being aligned/bolted on then both raised back in place with the hoist.

the way the car was setup it is very hard to do oneself. its to the point where I'd like someone who has done one before to help. I am afraid if I continue the way I was that I'd break something (output shaft or clutch teeth). my schedule is open right now, anytime, anyday, but asap is very nice! pm me for contact info!

anyway yeah this damn thing.. I was able to get a good look finally at what the hell was hangin it up (my garage sucks, I couldn't see @!#$). so it's the alignment dowel POS that wouldn't let it through. So now it shouldn't be too bad if I can remove or bend it a bit to allow it to thread through the hole. I'm thinkin of just cutting it off so I can align the output shaft and slide it on far enough to get the bottom bolts to thread. god I'm tired of dickin with this thing. offer still stand btw and it should be easier now after what i did today...
