I know this sounds dumb.. but I need to convert the car to STOCK. Totally stock. Which sucks.. cuz I hate the Isuzu trans but I have a working New Venture 5 speed from a 93 HO Grand Am. No money, first person takes it. Plus the Isuzu has to work of course. My loss is your gain...

keep in mind the Isuzu has to be from a 2.4 motor just in case you didn't catch that..

why do you have to convert to stock? Any grinds? All modifications to make it fit included?

It shifted fine while in the grand am. shaft spins nicely, dif spins nicely. its a good trans. keep in mind I was going to put this in my cav. i bought it for my cav, but it must be stock.. so now I feel dumb

there aren't too many mods to make this fit really. This is just trans for trans.

btw this is a no brainer.. these things are hard to find and worth more than the Isuzu. I have to convert to stock because it will be used for business and must be stocker than stock for now. When the business is done with it I can play, but won't be using a quad4/2.4L so no need for the trans.
