The shift plus helps out a good amount for an automatic. It gives firm shifts and is adjustable for soft or extra quick anf firm shifts between gears. Speakerbox is for one sub (if its the one that I know of) Just figured I'd answer those for you. He won't be at a computer till about 12 at night.
