My townhouse is out in Dekalb Illinois is once again available for occupancy. Its a 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths, 2 car garage. No need to worry about cutting the grass or blowing snow. Its all taken care of. The house is 2 years old and I am looking to rent it out for a year. I am looking for $950 plus utilities. If anyone is interested please let me know. damn...if it weren't only 2 beedrooms i'd probably be down for this...i need a 4 bedroom place for me and my room mates though.

Oh, and what area/street is it located...just wondering? Looks like the new college park stuff, but not sure.

is that one of the lenar townhomes? I was looking at buying one...Looks nice, but more than I want to pay for rent since I bought the new car.


Everything LOUDER than everything else!!

Yeah it is a Lennar home with everything included in it. I got a killer deal on it. My place is located at 1492 Waterside drive unit 2 in Dekalb IL. I was looking at a duplex with more rooms but I just couldn't make ends meet. I would of been WAY to stretched for cash. My experience with Lennar was okay, their lenders where big pains in the @$$. But once I worked through that everything was okay.

Ouch, if only it wasn't 1 hr 20 mins from work (w/o traffic!!) lol. I remember last time ya posted this and I was interested than too If I could stop modding crap, I'd maybe have the money, but the drive isn't exactly my thing. I like waking up at 7:20 to be at work at 8am Not to mention that it would kill the low miles I have on my bike during the summer (only 1103 since last May)

Once again, I wish ya good luck with renting it out

i'll be interested in a year's time (goin to niu in the fall, then i'll start looking for place my sophmore year) i'll keep it in mind
