Ive had problems with my engine every since i got the car, i finally took and had it checked out and found out it was the timing chain and cam gears. So i pulled my engine figured i might as well build one hell of an engine while its out. Anyway, i took the timing chain, cam gears, and all that good stuff out of the chain housing, but didnt realize that it was part of the oil pan, and hit it twice with a hammer (softly to try and get it to slide off) and the damn thing cracked. So if anyone has a timing chain housing in good shape that they can sell me let me know a price.
Got one! With cover and gasket, off a 01 Z with 70k I also have alot of other stuff for the 2.4 as well. E-mail me with an offer.

Sorry man no tranny, but I do have a 01 2.4 minus the head, still have a the cam carriers and cams too. I'll keep a look out when I'm at the yards though, but latey all I've seen are autos...

I have a whole 2.4 motor...just needs rod bearings....
did ur car get painted yet
^^^ Thats another reason the motor is out, i ordered some silver mettalic flake last night, so it should be in, in about 2 weeks, and then ill get the paint. I have some more body work/modifications to do tho, so it will be atleast january before i spray it.
