okay guys this is it, i just broke down and bought my second cavy 3rd gen. my first one was a 2.2l base model 1999. the one i just bought is a 2001 z24 coupe, 5 spd manual, and im looking to make this thing a little more peppy. im new to anything performance so this may sound silly, but i have no idea what to do to it to get it to push out some horsepower cheaply. im looking to maybe have it break 200hp and about 50 more foot pounds of torque. im not sure what to do or where to start, i know alot of you guys can help me out. comments and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
200 hp will not come cheap. For cheap header bigger exhaust cold air intake and maybe after all that a 15 hp increase.
For your HP goals you need to find a GM supercharger kit for the LD9. They usually go from $400 to $800.
Outside of that nitrous. Not enough bolts to get you to 200hp n/a
