I recently installed a LSJ header onto my L61 engine. This is my first header in any of my cars, when under load there seems to be a loud chatter,
Is this normal? I understand there is less insulation to the pacesetter header then stock but just want to make sure.
Any input from experience would be great.

The header will eco the engine noise more than an exhaust manifold. I think it is pretty normal as long as u don't have an exhaust leak.
