I Have been looking into running a fuel cell for sometime and my fuel pump just went out, so it is time to actually follow through with it. I have been doing some searching and was curious as to if I am on the right track or not. Thanks for the help guys!

What you have shown isn't a cell, it's a plastic tank, even if it says it's a cell. You don't need the plumbing kit, you can do it much cheaper with individual pieces. That kit is for a mechanical block mounted pump. You're going to need fittings to adapt to the factory lines unless you plan on running all new -AN lines.
