I have a 2002 cavalier circle track car. It is mostly a stock motor. Just had the motor rebuilt and ecu programmed. Now it runs very rough till it warms up. Then it gets better when its warm except it idles real rough. Definitly running rich. Any suggestions? Thanks
Get an AFPR to adjust the base fuel pressure.

Sounds like the tune is the issue.
