well I have a 97 z24 with the 2.4L TC engine and I want to make it fast, as in around 350whp. I just have had some trouble finding parts, and want to know If I would just be better off getting an ecotec? it seems as If I'm a little late to the scene because on here, and quad 4 forums all of the post are from like 5 to 8 years ago. any opinions will be helpful... thanks.

You need to decide a budget.

350whp would be pushing the edge of a stock motor on boost would good tuning. A solid build with boost would be easy to get that goal.

to eco swap your car, you will have to rewire back to the tail lights, and replace the gas tank and fuel lines...

look at my mod list to see what i have done to my LD9

I know it can be done on the ld9, but I cant find any of the H.O top end stuff(cams, springs, head, etc) also the crank gear and windage tray for the oil pump swap seem to be difficult to find or I just don't know where to look.

i can get you all of the 2.3 parts your heart could ever desire. pm me and we'll work it out.



M45/OS crank/2.4 snout. It's nice to be injected but I love being blown!
