Hello everyone,
Installing aftermarket fuel level gauge, I have a 2004 Eco swap. All over the org I see that it is high resistance when full around 250 ohms, which makes sense, however when looking at Autometer gauges they have a part number 4316 on their site but it lists it as high resistance around 233 when empty.... Does that make sense? I think they may have the listing wrong.. Can anyone verify? If this is the case they do not make what I need unless I get one that is programmable which is 3 times as much.
Anyone help?
So the answer is you need a Autometer 4301 for newer gm's because the resistance is backwards. The 4301 is programmable
Also pin number 22 in the blue connector will work for the resistance for the gauge.
