Whats a stock HO manifold worth. I see then all the time at a local u pull it yard and wanted to knoe if it was worth my tine to yank them.

at best probably $50. but anywhere from $20-50.

How much would that price change is said manifpld was machined smoothe like i see in so many enfine bays

probably very little... i spent less than an hour smoothing mine out before it was sent to the powdercoat shop

Find a true HO manifold,
Get it nice and smooth, (leave the screw hole for the one sensor on one of the middle legs, I forget which one).
Have it port matched (not the transition spacers, meaning it will need machine work or a hella good port job).
And I'll offer a couple bucks for it.
$200-$300 depending on the work.
