Does Amy of that tie into anything else? Like coolant lines?

What bolts are you guys using for the tensioner pulley then? Since the original bolts go through the AC.

Two options:

Ghetto fabulous it and put nuts/spacers in... or go get new bolts that are the right length.

Regardless... why remove the A/C on a street driven vehicle? It's totally understandable for a race or track car because shaving lbs is cheaper than adding horsepower... but I'll never understand you guys giving up simple creature comforts so you can get to the next stoplight .01 seconds faster.

Now if you're removing it to install a supercharger down there... well then...

I'd say to keep it too if at all possible.

My whole a/c system is shot. I didn't want to spend the boat load of cash for a new compressor, radiator thingy, piping, and colector canister thingy for something I've never had on any of my previous cars. I was already bypassing the a/c compressor with a smaller belt so why not remove it while the motors out? Now I have two pipes coming from the firewall. Is it safe to take those out or is there fluid in them?
