Relocating PCV nipple on 2200

So I hate the vaguely penis looking eyesore that the PCV nipple on the top of my valve cover. I find it hard to have a clean engine bay with that crap hanging out on the top of my engine in plain sight. Is it possible to move the nipple to somewhere else like to the rear of the cover? I know losing oil out of it might be an issue but Ive been thinking on a baffle or something to keep the oil in the head. I really just dont know what else to do with it. I guess Im a little clueless on how PCV systems work. Does there have to be a vent near the top of the engine? I understand the air coming out is pressurized so a vent really shouldnt "need" to be at the top as long as the pressure is getting out right?

I put this in performance because I didnt know where else to go and not having oil would affect my cars performance.

Thanks guys.
