arp 209-5401 - Performance Forum

These are main bolts for the 2.0l ecotec(lsj). will they work with our l61 ecotec? Or do we still need to order them from that one site i cant remember the name of right now, that is supposedly the only people who make them outside a custom application...?

Good question, I just told them that I needed studs for the L61 and got them.....

We have a supplier that has those in stock, we use to list them on our site, but removed them, I cannot remember why....

Called arp and its 10 bolts, so if you want to stud all the bottoms you need 2 kits.

Is it absolutely necessary to stud all of the bottoms? why not just stud the mains and reuse regular bolts on the rest?

I studded the whole girdle, however I called and got a set of studs and had to cut them down with a laithe, as they said they didn't make them for the eco.... there are a lot of studs down there, I also used ARP when putting the perimeter bolts back in. Not 1 stock one was left...
